What are some ways that I could spice things up in the bedroom?

Here lately when I’ve been coming home from work and my husband is home he is going around the house humping me and yet we are both stuck in a routine and yet when he wants to have romantic and intimate time with me I don’t ever know how to take and stop what I’m doing and just follow him upstairs or I get to nervous to initiate anything in the bedroom and yet I’m always trying to find ways to get his attention but yet he notices and nothing happens.
