Bleeding 6 weeks

I had some spotting this past weekend, so went to the ER yesterday and everything was fine. Baby had a strong heartbeat, HCG levels were fine, but said it was a “threatened miscarriage”. And today I had this. I did have a transvaginal ultrasound so hoping it was just that? I really will be so devastated if I lose this baby 😞
