Who to talk to while trying to keep this a secret!

I am between 7- 8 weeks pregnant I think but don’t have my first appointment til Wednesday. I’m nervous and anxious and don’t want to tell any family or friends yet so I don’t know who to talk to!! Talking to my fiancé isn’t quite the same thing since he doesn’t understand.
If anyone is willing to be listening ear who has gone through a pregnancy, that would be great!

This app is great for that! There should be a month group for when you are due so March 2023 or whatever and you can connect with people at the same stage of their pregnancy journey ☺️
