We broke up help

Me and my ex now of 3 years have a 5month old baby. We’ve been broken up for 1week. He just woke up and said he doesn’t want to do it anymore he’s stressed about life . I’ve been a great girlfriend like extremely supportive, financially especially. I’ve been by his side since day one . He just decides to leave . I’m lost confused and broken by this. I’ve invested so much into our relationship. Idk what to do! he’s expressed how he doesn’t want to be with me but it’s just hard to let go because I just had a baby I thought the relationship was ok. He sent this message to me . Like eventually we’ll come together? I don’t want him waiting for me and I’m sure not waiting for him what should I do ? He said we can still be friends but I’m confused
