Supplement suggestions??
So I’ve recently started getting back into the gym and lifting (it’s been about 2 years). I want to get a lot stronger and my goal has been to lift heavy. I’ve never really been much of a supplement/protein shake/BCAA/creatine fanatic like a lot of people are but I’d like to incorporate a couple effective things like that into my routine. Any suggestions?? Product, pairing of supplements, brands, etc?
