Plan b and ovulation

I am married and contemplating taking the plan b.. tonight would mark the 72 hours I have to take it(had sex Saturday night). But if it’s not worth it I’d rather not take it. I know that if you’ve already ovulated it doesn’t work. And if I was in the process of ovulating Saturday and Sunday it’s just pointless to take this pill. So just curious if anyone can shed some light on when they think I ovulated with a peak test Friday(lines both same darkness) afternoon and then super positive Saturday(t line darker than control). Had cramping and watery cm from Friday - Monday. Today my cm is not watery and back to more sticky. My nips have been sore for a couple of days now as well, so I feel like I was literally ovulating when it happened or maybe Sunday/Monday. If so, would it even be worth it?
