HCG level too low

I went to my first appointment yesterday where I talked with the nurse and gave my medical history as well as my pregnancies/ losses history. I had my blood drawn. Today the nurse called me and told me that my HCG level was too low for 6 weeks and 2 days. I go in tomorrow to have another blood work. I have had 2 losses. #4 at 18 weeks and #6 at 15 weeks. What should I expect if my level doesn’t rise? I don’t see my obgyn til September 12th.
