I need help 😢😟

After struggling with infertility for 4 years we finally had our first son. We decided to start trying right before he turned a year old because we figured it would take a while (it didn’t) I had my second boy in June and got my tubes tied. I’m content with our family. But I still feel so lost. 4+ years of taking and obsessing over tests everytime I pee. Either ovulation or pregnancy tests.

I just need help trying to find myself again. Anyone else feel this?? Like I’m complete with my two boys but yet I feel so lost 🤷🏻‍♀️
