Pregnant after ovulation?

Question

I’m pretty sure I got pregnant last time having sex about 24 hours after ovulation, but I cannot remember. (Mom brain)…
Has anyone else conceived the day after ovulation? 
We couldn’t BD on the actual day ):

The egg lives for about 12-18 hours after it is released so there is a window. You could have also misjudged the exact moment of ovulation.
