Best time to resume working out?
About to have my baby soon and want to get back into my fitness journey after. I will be allowing my body some time off before I hop right into things. I have Diastasis Recti which was last measured at 3.5 before baby, so no idea if it got worse yet until after delivery. When do you guys recommend I start? Also seeking any work out app recommendations as well. For those who have DI, what did you guys do to close the gap? I already went to pelvic floor therapy. Thank you!
