BIG baby

I was wondering if anyone has or is experiencing the same thing I am with this second pregnancy. For a couple of months now, they have been telling me that her legs are measuring about two weeks ahead. But ever since my 35 week appointment, apparently baby girl is huge. I’m 36week1day and as a whole she’s averaging 37weeks 5 days. Her tummy measurement is 40weeks +. At my appointment today she already weighs 7lbs 10 oz. No I was not diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and I am checking my blood sugar levels everyday to make sure I haven’t developed it later in this pregnancy. All of the nurses and ultrasound techs are like , “ woah, how is she so big?!?!” I know they don’t mean to hurt my feelings or scare me but….. they have. Also last week she was head down, at my appointment today she was breech again. At this point idk if I’m more afraid of having her vaginally ( my first born was vaginal ) or having my first c section. I am just so embarrassed and scared and defeated after today. Anybody experience something similar. Just looking for some encouragement at this point because I’m extremely down about it.
