weight loss & meals
i’m 1 year pp & am at risk for PCOS because of a missed period, 2 small cysts on my ovary, and my weight gain since having my baby. i’m terrified of actually having PCOS so i really need help to get my weight down and start balance my hormones/life.
i’ve been trying to lose weight for a while (like 60lbs) and i can’t seem to stick to anything because i don’t know what to do.
there’s so many different things that work for different people and it’s so hard to figure out what gonna work for me. i have no idea what to eat or not to eat cause i always hear you don’t have to limit what you eat, you can still eat what you already do, just smaller portions etc but that hasn’t worked yet. but neither has limiting myself to “healthy” because i end up binge eating. i have tailbone/lower back & knee issues so most workouts are not easy for me so i feel like none of it is even going to do anything. :( please help
any tips?
