Hcg levels

Hi guys so i had a blood draw my levels were 9165 i felt that that was very high and that was about a week ago i have a ultrasound on monday to check everything again my last one they estimated i was 5 weeks 1 day at the time of that scan (they didnt see much) which would make me 6 weeks 1 day today but everything i am looking up that level seems so high for a 5 week pregnancy? And is it normal to not see really anything at 5 weeks ? What should i be seeing at this 6 week ultrasound i have two other babies but my pregnancies with them were just so different than this one! Help 😅😩
