Baby hiccups at 33 weeks

Can someone explain to me what they feel like and if this sounds like fetal hiccups to you. I feel a constant pulse and a tap near my left side near my ovary and also in the top of my stomach. He has been getting frequently is this normal or should I speak to my OB. I feel him a ton just a FTM.
