Pregnancy depression
Hi all. Just wondered if anyone else has suffered or is suffering with prenatal depression. I haven't had depression for a long time however I will be making a phone call on Monday to seek help for this. I don't know why I feel this way.. I'm so so blessed to be pregnant again but really not myself. Any advice on how to overcome this would be much appreciated.
