We had unprotected sex during my fertile window, about a week after i had some slight bleeding which my doctor mentioned could be implantation bleeding & not to panic, today as the 1st missed day of my period i finally took the test after 3 weeks that felt like forever, & well.. here's the results

Should i be worried then about the bleeding & missing period?? We just started trying to conceive, I don't know how to feel😔
