Can I wear this to a wedding

Any help! I have wore a dress once in my life and this was the only dress out of at least 50 I remotely liked. It covered my sleeve tattoos so that’s why I went with that. I have the red and a dark blue. The red fits better but they’re the same dress so I’m not sure why that is but what do you think? Be honest! The top part and sleeves are a lace material
