Hoping this is a good sign. I never experience constipation, but man this past week and a half has been rough lol. Has anyone had this and ended up with a bfp? Af due tomorrow. No symptoms at all.

Currently 4 days out from period and I’m super constipated today & also random breakout on my chin and neck! Could it be?!

Both my pregnancies that was my first sign I was pregnant. After a few days of it, I took a test and had a +. Of course there are many reasons for constipation but could definitely be an early symptom.

I experience constipation off and on during cycles. Varying degrees of it. Sounds like progesterone and you need to drink more water. Good luck
