Second wedding?

I got married in the mist of Covid in may 2020 so we never really had a wedding with family but it was always our plan to have some type of reception when things calmed down a bit (then I had our daughter in 2021). I’ve been waiting and waiting which is very frustrating but now I’m scared it’s too late. I mean I got married two years ago! And didn’t have any friends or family at all and I would have to have a re I do (sorry I thought that joke was funny) I guess what I’m asking is when is it too late? Is it already? Would it be weird? Thank you
