Help!

I’m still BF my 15 mo and just got a positive test.

I did an abdominal ultra sound and she said she couldn’t see anything. My labs were in the 1000s but because I’ve been so irregular I don’t know my dates.

I had weird bleeding 7/9

And spotting 7/24

I’ve done an abdominal ultra sound at 6 weeks before and saw everything so by my dates I should be 7 weeks 😅😅😅 any input welcome. I don’t want to get husband excited but my next visit isn’t for three more weeks 🥲
