3 year old will not sleep

Y’all…. I’m losing it 😭 it’s 2:38 am my 3 year old is on night 3 of no sleeping. She literally lays in her bed (she shares a room with her sister), and yells or screams “I’m not falling asleep! Ever!” Or “mama!! I’m not going to sleep!” Literally all night. She won’t stop, and she won’t sleep. This is the 3rd night in a row that none of us are getting any sleep, and it’s not fair to anyone, but especially her sister who is desperate to get rest..not to mention, me who has to deal with her being tired and cranky the next day. Nothing for her has changed, and she hasn’t napped during the day in months, so it’s not that either. I need help…seriously. Has anybodys kid ever done this? Is she too young for melatonin? 🥴😩
