Bladder leaking??

Literally for years I’ve had problems with discharge.. no matter what part of my cycle I’m in, by the middle of the day, my pants are soaked

Well I have a tampon in right now because I’m on my period. I thought I was bleeding through because it felt super wet all of a sudden and I can physically see a big wet spot

I went to change the tampon and there was hardly any blood on the tampon

I’m starting to think maybe it’s my bladder always making my pants wet???

I’m only 24 and I’ve never been pregnant. I don’t know why this is happening!! It’s so embarrassing! I have to wear only black pants so no one can see it…. I feel like I always smell like pee too which is so gross

What do I do about this??
