SCH help

Tina

I am 14 weeks pregnant today and the size of my SCH is 4.4x 3.7 x 1.9cm, is that a large or a small SCH? Does that mean the placenta hasn’t attached properly to the uterus and the baby may not be growing as it should? I had some spotting 3 days ago but it was dry old blood.

Has anyone been in this kind of a situation? I thought SCH resolves by itself in the first trimester. I am really worried, pls help!!
