Advice please

I’m 4 weeks and 3 days, I found out on Wednesday with a digital and a line on a first response. This morning I started spotting and have been spotting throughout the day, no pain, no clots and not heavy, literally tiniest bit when I wipe. I’m really scared, has anyone else had this? I took a first response an hour ago and it was lighter than two days ago but it was only half an hour hold and I’d drank allot of water, I’ve got a scan in 2 weeks as I miscarried the exact same time

need advice, midwife said it could be normal and just to wait and see
