Hello all, for basics:

-have been experiencing exterior redness and itching around my vulva, for which I've been using hydrocortisone cream

- haven't had sex in about a week and a half, for which we used a condom (I haven't had unprotected sex recently; the last time was probably 4 years ago. I also don't have sex with my current partner more than once every 1-2 weeks)

-I got off of hormonal birth control about a month ago

-I've had one sexual partner for the past year and a half who has also only been with me (trust me, I know) and we both have recently-ish been tested for STIs, which have come back negative for both parties

What the hell is this discharge?? It's really thick and holds peaks, but is creamy to the touch. It's also an abnormal color for me, grayish. I don't really have BV symptoms, and I've had yeast infections before, this doesn't feel like those. Any ideas? If it doesn't resolve soon I'm going to the doctor don't worry, but if anyone has experienced a similar discharge I'd love to know the culprit. Thanks!
