Would an internal interview count as a KiT day?

I am going into work for an internal job interview to try and get a promotion. Could this count as a kit day?

I don’t think it can count really 🤔 I know my job would be like no 😒 even though it’s internal. You’d be better off asking HR as they will know for your specific workplace

I’d say not i believe both parties would have said so or had some discussion on it to be able to class it as a kit day. You can call acas and they would be able to give you a definitive answer it’s free advice.
