I’ve been eating activia and upped my water intake to over a gallon a day and I noticed it has helped me a lot.

Anything with chia seeds! Smoothies, pudding, oatmeal…

Metamucil and Prune juice. Senna lax if that didn’t work. And taking a walk or exercise for 15 minutes.

I had the same issue, hadn't had a bowel movement in over 4 days at that point. I was using stool softeners, a probiotic and magnesium daily but nothing. The only thing that worked was a glass of prune juice twice a day, morning and night for two days then finally all cleared out. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to taste, mostly like raisins. Still taking one of each of the other things each day to stay on top of it but if I keep prune juice on hand now just in case.

Water water water! I know it’s so annoying to hear but we have to drink a shit load of water while pregnant and breastfeeding. A annoying amount lol 
Also coffee has helped me! I second the oatmeal! And if you aren’t a fan of that you can try putting the oats in a smoothie. Really upping your veggies and fruits can help. Get those greens in! Also beans! 
Also prune juice. But that’s freakin nasty 😬 so I avoid that one lol 
I’ve noticed too the days I am more active just more walking or if I exercise those are the days I stay more regular on the potty.

I took trace minerals and ate Greek yogurt every day. At least 80oz of water too. Kept things moving at least once a day.

When sitting on the toilet try having your feet up on a step, like a toddler step!

I eat a serving of prunes, an apple, and drink a cup of coffee a day...haven't been constipated since I struggled with it around week 6.
