Brand new dildo has white powder all over it

Just bought my first dildo, why does it have white powder all over it? I washed it off like 3 times because I googled and it says it’s Talc powder and could be dangerous when inserted in the body. It’s a very realistic one, so apparently they use the powder to keep it in good condition.

I don’t have toy cleaner or anything. I’m paranoid to do anything with it because i’m not sure what that was all over it. What is it and what should I do?
