29 weeks tomorrow BLOOD CLOT

so i had a speculum exam at around 3pm today. i came home and have been fine. around 30 mins ago i had a bad bout of diarrhoea accompanied by cramps. when ive wiped ive had some bleeding and also this clot. i am still bleeding now. i rang up triage (this was before i noticed the clot) and they said not to worry as it’s probably been caused by the spec. as a high risk pregnancy i am really concerned especially by the clot. has anyone had anything similar or any advice? thankyou x
