Natural miscarriage process?? How long was it and how does it go?

I am on my 4th miscarriage at 8 weeks, but I have never had one start naturally. I’ve always taken the pills to get things going. I have a d&c scheduled for this week, but I’m not sure I’ll make it until then now. I started spotting yesterday and have continued spotting today. Is there like an “active labor” part to natural miscarriages that are this far along with contractions? I always had an “active labor” part for a few hours with contractions when I’d take the pills. If so, when does that start from when you started bleeding?

I’m sorry you’re going through this ☹️☹️. I’ve had one miscarriage naturally around 8 weeks & I just remember it was heavy bleeding.. lots of clots & severe cramps. The worst was the first 3 days, bleeding lasted about a week. I stayed in bed the whole time.

First of all, I'm very sorry for your losses. 
I started spotting in the morning and started labor that evening. Everything was out by morning. I think things progressed quickly for me because I drank red raspberry leaf tea after I started spotting (it induces contractions). 
Have pain meds on standby just in case. For me, the pain was a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. 😖😖😖 I probably had so much pain because the tea worked very well. I've heard other women say it felt like period cramps.
Also, for me the contractions squeezed everything out of me 💩💩💩 like a tube of toothpaste. So be prepared to visit your toilet a lot. 
That was my experience and yours may be quite different.
