Had Blood work for life insurance

These were results from a blood draw I had to get for my life insurance last week. JUST found out I am pregnant, 3 w 6 d. They asked if I was pregnant and I said no as I obviously didn’t know yet. Are these normal results or should I be concerned. We had a miscarriage in on Memorial Day.
