So confused and on edge

Grace 🦋 pcos 🌻 👧🏻👧🏼👶🏼👼🏼

Friday I was checked and was 3cm dilated and 50 percent effaced I was 36+6 . Doctor was able to feel baby’s head low . We did schedule an induction for the 9th due to being on blood thinners but dr mentioned baby might come before that. Yesterday we were out running errands and I got what I believe was lightening crotch or something similar . It was a sharp pain and I had to stop walking or moving . This went on for at least 30 minutes every time I moved I would get it . We were out for a couple hours and when I got home I had to pee and I noticed my underwear was wet and so were my pants . I don’t usually sweat lile that so it could have been pee I guess or discharge . I changed and put a pad on. Weird part is I kept feeling something coming out like. Leak but my pad wasn’t wet , had no color , or smell really . Took off my pad to see what would happen . My underwear was slightly damp and there would be little wet spots . The urge to pee when I just peed has increased and I’ve been losing little globs of mucus . I did call my dr and we decided to wait and see what happened through the night and I was told to hold off on my blood thinners just in case . I know all this can essentially mean nothing and is normal for the end of pregnancy as well. But this leaking feeling is the same feeling I had with my first before my water broke. I’m the same today tired , moody, the urge to nest is really bad I broke down about it last night , the pain came back with a heaviness down there that increased . I don’t know how long to hold off on my medicine if nothing is going to happen . I feel the leaking even when I lay down . I may just go get checked but my only option is labor and delivery since it’s Sunday . I don’t want to go for nothing but maybe it will calm my nerves .
