Possibly pregnant with iud

I got my iud back in the beginning of April. So almost 5 months. I’ve heard bleeding can be completely all over the place during the first 6 months. I’ve had bleeding every single day since I got the iud. Ranging from light spotting to a period. Nothing I can track at all and not one pms symptom this entire time. Last week my bleeding stopped completely and I was so relieved and was hoping my body finally adjusted and was looking forward to having a regular cycle again. The last two days I’ve been extremely bloated, acne, sore breast, and what worries me the most is heartburn. I only get heartburn while I’m pregnant (3 kids). I took a test this morning and it was negative but I can’t shake the feeling that I’m pregnant. Has this happened with anyone else? I know there’s like 0.1% chance of pregnancy but I’ve heard so many stories of women getting pregnant on an iud.
