Close to labor?

So I have no one to really talk to about this but I’m so excited with how well my body is progressing. I’ll be 38 weeks tomorrow and have been checked 3 times in the past 2 weeks and my last check was 3 days ago and I was 2 cm. Well I went in today 3 days after being checked and I went from 2 cm to 3 cm in THREE DAYS YALL. I never got to experience this with my first! I’m so happy and excited to see my body preparing the way it should. She said my cervix is super soft and very favorable and she did a membrane sweep. HOPEFULLY LABOR IS NEAR 💙
