5dpo…feeling so down

I believe I am 5dpo I took an ovulation test cd 11 which is when I usually ovulate however it was negative, I figured I would not ovulate cd 11 because my period lasted like 8 days when it usually lasts 4-5 days max. I took an ovulate test cd 12 around about 3pm it was negative I had sex around 8:30pm that same night around 11pm I took an ovulation test and I had my peak however that was the only day I did the deed. Friday night I felt intense ovulation pain so I’m sure I ovulated friday, but I feel so down because I feel so normal sigh I hope this is my month …but I have no hope. Also Saturday I had minimal spotting .
