Gestational diabetes stressing badly

Was diagnosed with gestational diabetes for the 1st time. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have 1 week to keep my numbers down or I'll be put on insulin. My doctor wants my fasting to be 95 or less and it's been btw 102 to 115. 2 hours after eating he wants it to be btw 60 to 120 I have been btw 74 to 180.

I have one week to prove my number can stay low or I'll be put on insulin starting next week💔😭

I'm a very picky eater and have a sweet tooth but I have gave up on everything to help myself and my baby. I feel like everything I am trying is not working. I feel like I'm failing as a mother. I don't know what else to do 😭😭😭💔
