7 weeks pregnant…spotting?

So today at work I had a series of severe panic attacks and I ended up going to the ER. They gave me Benadryl and I went home. Feeling better now but exhausted. I’ve been having a little bit of cramps today. I peed just now and noticed a little blood on the toilet paper. I should know not to panic but I’ve had 3 miscarriages and even bled with my second born for 2 months and he turned out fine! Anytime I see blood..it’s scary. I’m nervous my panic attacks harmed my baby. I don’t know what to do right now.
