Is there anything that would help?
Okay so this has happened so many times and I’m fed up with it. The outline around my lips get very dry and peel but my actual lips are perfectly fine. It’s definitely noticeable because it’s red and flaky. I’ve tried lip balm,  Aquaphor, lip mask. Does this happen to anyone else? If so have you found anything to help it out?!
