Im 6 weeks as of today. Just got this now when i wiped . Just this and some yellow discharge i had my scan day before yesterday and all was fine  with a heart beat of 101. Im totally freaking out now

no heavy bleeding is a good sign. It could be just a piece of tissue that was hiding. don't get alarmed until bright red with cramps!! I pray all goes well for u and baby!!

Keep and eye on it but spotting in the first trimester is common and this doesn’t look worrying. Good luck!
