Sickness
Hey guys
I need advice, I’m always getting sick so often like I’d say I get sick at least once a month. I have a very bad immune system and if i get a cold it hits me hard and I have to take time of work otherwise I just don’t get better. Does anyone have any tips?? I take vitamin c, it doesn’t help. I just don’t know what to do at this point.
