 so I’ve been thinking of getting a cup but I don’t want anything to hard like in firmness I don’t wanna put anything up there that could hurt me and I use tampons  A lot I also have a heavy flow and I don’t know what brand by or what’s the best brand for first time users and I don’t know if it’s OK for younger teens to use
