Watery discharge

Hi friends! I am just under 18 weeks pregnant and I’m dealing with a lot of what I would call “watery discharge”. It doesn’t look like discharge, but my underwear is wet. Not soaked or anything, but more than a typical pre pregnant discharge amount and it appears wet, vs any discharge-like substance in it. Most times it’ll be like a toonie sized water mark in my underwear, sometimes more and then maybe a bit of discharge on top. But you can tell the difference in the two liquids, if that makes sense.

I know increased fluids / discharge is normal but just wondering if anyone else experienced this?? I naturally worry about leaking fluid etc.
