Body issues

I know this shouldn’t even be a topic, but it is. I’m really struggling with body image issues… I just noticed stretch marks in my stomach and I have gained so much weight. With my daughter my “ending weight” was 171… I still have a week to go with this baby and im already 178.

Does anyone have tips on quick weight loss after baby comes? I will be having a c section so don’t believe I can even work out for the first 6-8 weeks. Ugh im really struggling with this and so emotional. My ideal weight based on my height is between 115-120lbs. It feels like im never gonna get there since im about to break 180…
