Is this a good sign or bad sign?
I’m 7w3d and for the past four days I’ve had lightning crotch and pelvic pain and cramps in my stomach and pain around my belly button. I’m not bleeding or anything. With my last 3 pregnancies I didn’t have this and they all ended In miscarriage. Could this be a good thing meaning baby is developing.
