Throw up and diarrhea

I’m currently 7 months pregnant (29 weeks) and this morning I woke up constantly throwing up and having terrible diarrhea. My stomach is so weak. Idk if I got a stomach bug or if this is normal.. anyone experienced this around this time in pregnancy?
