Are trampoline parks safe?

I recently found out I was pregnant. I should either be 4 weeks 5 days or 5 weeks 5 days.My toddler has been asking to go to the trampoline park and I think buying passes would be a great idea as she’s shy and at the house more than I like. That being said- is it safe for me and baby to jump? My toddler isn’t quite old enough to jump by herself and I hate the idea of buying 2 passes when I wouldn’t technically be using it.😂

No. Jumping and things like horse back riding, rollercoasters etc are not recommended during pregnancy.

I don’t know sorry. Maybe something to ask the midwife? I personally wouldn’t. I’m 37, it’s taken me 5yrs to get pregnant (IVF) I’m doing nothing at all which could jeopardise this pregnancy.  But they may say it’s fine if you ask and so long as you’re  careful

I was at my ultrasound today and the midwife made me jump up and down to try and turn the baby. I was jumping real lousy and she was like, Is that it? Give me some real jumps 😂🤷🏾‍♀️ Idk.
You’re going with a toddler which means it’s not extreme. With my judgment I think it should be okay but I’d say get a professional opinion to be on the safe side.

At the trampoline park we frequent there is only 1 person per trampoline so I can't jump with my kids regardless. I avoid jumping while pregnant though and get a band that says I'm just watching when we visit.

I don't suggest it but I didn't know I was pregnant at the time I was around 3 weeks and 4 days and went to a theme park and went on every ride there. I have a beautiful 5 month old currently sleeping. I would say do what you feel is safe. Obviously don't go doing somersaults or flips or belly dives maybe just have a nice slow bounce on the trampoline and take a break every now and then? Women ride horses during pregnancy, I mean this is tmi but if we weren't allowed to bounce wouldn't we be told not to do certain positions during sex too? I say do what you feel you want to do but be safe doing it x
