I need hope

I’ve been going back and forth to the er 3 times the whole Aug dates 8/19

8/27 8/29 for bleeding scares all those 3 times my hcg made a rise and through those 3 visits they didn’t see any type of gestational sac/yolk/fetal pole, No sign of a pregnancy inside of me. And we did a transvaginal US. So they diagnosed it with PUL they all said maybe I’ll miscarry this or I’m too early. I went back to the obgyn on sept 6th and they sound a gestational sac and a yolk !!!! which I thought was a miracle but I took blood as well and called today and it wasn’t that high to me. In fact it went down. I don’t understand? Has anyone had low hcg or fluctuating hcg. all I go back tmr 9/8 for more blood . Here’s the dates for you

Has anyone gone through this and made it out successfully? This is very scary and sad for me.
