What the eff

So I got a positive home test about a week-2weeks ago. Spotted for 4 days then had a regular period for 5 days. Stopped for 2 day had a random bleed today with a small piece of lining come out. Cramps and now nothing. My husband was like just take a test to see what it says. So now my question is, is it possible to have a full period and be pregnant? Or if I was pregnant this is just left over hormones? Because I'm going nuts. In the morning I am going to schedule an appointment with my primary care. Also I try to make the poll kinda funny to make people smile, you never know who is having a bad day.
