Me and my boyfriend are 17 and 18. If I want to get a hotel or motel, will they ask for ID?

Yes they always ask for ID for hotels. Look at their policy for age to book

You can’t book it at 17. You will have to make the reservation on his name since he is 18. You will also need to call the hotel prior to make sure it is 18+ and not 21+. Most are 21.

They will most likely ask for an ID. Some hotels require the guest to be 21, some 18. I manage hotels, and those have all been 21 but I’ve heard of some that are 18.

Yes of course. If things get damaged and/or stolen they need to know who it was that stayed in there
