14w and spotting after bowel movement

Sorry if tmi ...I've been constipated, and finally went bathroom today. It wouldn't come out so I used the trick where you insert finger in vagina and gently push to dislodge and help it out. When wiping after, I had pink spotting on my toilet paper that came from my vagina. It was gone after 3 wipes, but was enough that it worried me. I later had a blob of lumpy light brown stringy discharge. Has anyone else had this happen after a particularly troublesome bowel movement. I was straining a bit. I hope I haven't caused a problem.
